Because of Corona we had a virtual class instead of a offline class and the classes are rehearsal and voice class

Rehearsal

Today we practiced acting/singing/dancing starting from scene 1 to scene 6. Scene 1 : I think I need to work on sounding more desperate in my line. Scene 3 : I think I need to work on matching the rhythm to my part of song 3 and adding more power to my line when I was about to throw water on the people. Scene 6 : I think I need to sound more like I am teasing Bianca about the suitors and try to work on the dance of song 6. In dance 13 I need to be more detailed in the dance moves

Voice Class

Today we started with some warmups which is a original siren and a siren with ringing up for a few more seconds. In song 1 we first did a siren with a duck voice and we sing with a twang/Nie voice. The tip she gave us is sing delicate but not sad. In song 3 we first did a gargle with our tongue a few times then the tip she gave us was singing with the words spitting out. In song 4 we first did Heung Kee Kee and sang the song with kee kee kee. Then she gave us the tip which is sing with the words spitting out and hold the soft palate. In song 5 we first sang the song with nie nie and took took for part 1 then we sang hwee with part 2. Lastly the tip she gave us is sing with the words spitting out and sing delicate. In song 7 the tip was that the pronunciation is important and matching the words with the neck. In song 8 the tip was to try to sing by matching the rhythm. In song 13 the tip was that the soft palate was important and spitting the words out.

Overall the lessons really helped and I wish we can all meet together again^^
